Wickham Pond Phase 1 rezoning approved January 2006, Site Plan approved August 2006. Site construction has begun. Wickham Pond Phase 2 rezoning approved September 2006. Birchwood (formerly "the Depot"): Special Use Permit application under review. Planning Commission has unanimously recommended approval. An update on the Weather Hill projects:
