Even though we work in Cville, we ALWAYS shop in Wboro. We shop all around town in the Valley.

We also enjoy the baseball games of the Generals (season is almost over now) in the summer.

Plus the Ridgeview pool is ALOT bigger and half the price of Crozet's. It even has diving boards, the kids love it.

For many, many years I have detected a generally sweeter spirit in the communities in the Shenandoah Valley than what has prevailed for sometime in Charlottesville and Albemarle Co. It is logical to expect this characteristic to carry over into the places of business, since it is the PEOPLE (and not corporate drip-down) who flavor any experience. Those of us in western Albemarle are most fortunate to have relatively easy access to Waynesboro and Staunton -- and the views from the mountaintop as we pass west and east.
Allow me to suggest that you also take Rt.250 and don't restrict yourselves to only the boxes and chains at the interstate exits.
