Bodo’s Bagels in Crozet

Not the store, but the bagels.

I stopped into Trailside Coffee this morning and was greeted with smiles and a surprise: they now are picking up Bodo’s Bagels in Charlottesville and bringing them to Crozet … hopefully every morning.

Had I paid attention to their Twitter feed, I would have seen the news.

BODO’S Bagels are here! that’s right, I said it! We got them so come and get em!. Bodo’s!!!!! that was the secret fyi:)

The logistics are still being worked out and perfected, but the bagels were there this morning and will hopefully be there tomorrow as well.

Thanks to Trailside for bringing more civilization to Crozet. :)

What would you like Trailside to bring? They have Carpe Donuts and Chap’s ice cream …

    We are planning on having them everyday if it turns out to be something Crozet wants. That is if they continue to make it unharmed in the car ride to the shop in the am….made me sooooooooo hungry:) I almost had to tear into the bags right then!

    Will they be able/willing to toast the bagels, or has Bodo’s required a No Toasting Clause in this agreement?

    As far as Spudnuts goes- we are currently carrying local ‘Carpe Donut’ organic cider donuts and recommend you try them because they are mighty good. “seize the dounut”!

    Agree on Spudnuts. Carpe Donuts are lovely, but they are not *that* great. They are dense, greasy and just not my style. Spudnuts are YUMMY.

    maybe on saturdays or sundays for spudnuts? I will evaluate the suggestion…I guess that means I get to go eat some spudnuts….for research of course:)!

    Ok so here we go. Thanks to C-Ville Concierge Spudnuts is coming to Crozet! Every Monday in March at 8 am fresh Spudnut Donuts will be delivered by Cville Concierge to TRAILSIDE COFFEE in Old Trail Village. Monday Spunday! Come and Get ‘em:)
