  1. Grayrock:nA family-oriented neighborhood with a wide-range of cultural backgrounds. A good balance of professional parents and stay-at-home moms and dads. This neighborhood is known to look out for one another as well as promoting a kid-friendly community.

  2. The Highlands: Collectively disconnected. nnEach street has their own HOA or self-management, which is fine, but prevents us from building a strong community. It would be a better place to live if we created a development-wide organization.

  3.  The Village at Highlands, found at the end of Mechum’s River Road off of Highland, is a quiet and friendly community that has many dog walkers and two block parties a year and we care about one another. The deer snack on our day-lilies which can be stressful and we hear the rumble of the trains which is soothing. So, we have balance ….  which can be stressful and we hear the rumble of the trains which is soothing. So, we have balance ….
