Grace Estate Harvest Dinner

Join us for our harvest dinner on Friday, November 14 at 7 pm.
Chefs Morgan Hurt and Gabe Garcia will prepare a menu inspired by the elements of winegrowing; water, earth, chaos, wood and sunshine. Each course will be paired with an estate wine selected by our winemaker, Jake Busching.

First Course – Water:
Juniper-cured trout with watercress slaw and a side of juniper granite with trout roe. Paired with 2013 Viognier.
Second Course – Earth:
Pork terrine served with root vegetable chips. Paired with 2013 Rosé.
Third Course – Chaos:
Soup of dehydrated mushrooms and noodles served with a pot of hot broth to “bloom” at the table. Paired with 2012 Le Gras Baril.
Fourth Course – Wood:
Smoked ½ quail and beef brisket served with hearty grain bread and smoked tomatoes.Paired with 2012 Tannat.
Fifth Course – Sunshine:
Pistachio baklava served in a puddle of lemon-honey saucePaired with 2013 Adeliza.
