    does not fit my definition of “rocks”…

It’s a nice building, quite nice.  But I think they’re going to find it challenging to fill the office and retail space.  New retail space isn’t going to have cheap rent and there seems to be a glut of square footage in the Crozet area.   And what’s going to happen if they re-develop the lumber yard and along 240 from the IGA to DQ?
