Food Preservation with Virginia Food Works

Monday, June 18 at 6:30-8pm

Learn about various ways to put up the harvest. We’ll discuss canning both at home and using the nearby Prince Edward Cannery. The Cannery can be used for personal canning and to make foods for sale at farmers markets, online and in stores. We’ll demystify the process and share opportunities. Presented by Virginia Food Works and the Virginia Cooperative Extension.
