Freight Paid

Freight Paid is Robert Cockrell (guitar, vocals), Mark Brinson (drums, vocals), Maria Cockrell (bass guitar, harmonica, vocals), David Burns (guitar, vocals) and Victor Lee (keyboards, saxophone, vocals).

They began in Batesville, when Robert invited Mark to play at a local summer solstice party. The band took their name from an old sign found in the out-building where they practice, reflecting the paths that brought them together. They play Robert’s original music spanning rock, blues and jazz and mix-in a similar range of well-known favorites.
