Jefferson Sprint TRIATHLON & DUATHLON and Kid’s Dash -SUNDAY, JULY 9, 2017

SWIM. BIKE. RUN. FUN! Don’t miss the Jefferson Triathlon/Duathlon and Kid’s Dash on July 9th!
The race is located at the newly updated Claudius Crozet Park! Fun swim at the Crozet Gator’s Pool followed by a short walk to a grassy transition directly in front of the pool. Great for spectators to watch all aspects of your race! Beautiful 11.5 mile bike with rolling hills out into the country and back, followed by a run around the paved park pathway, through the neighborhood and back to the park where Brian Davis, our local DJ and morning radio voice at 92.7 CVille Country will be playing great music throughout your event.
Every finisher gets a t-shirt and finisher medal this year!
Register the kids for the fun Kid’s Dash around the park.
Just under 1 mile, the Dash starts at 11am and they will follow (or try to catch) runners from Western Albemarle High School, and cross through the finish line to receive their own medal!
June 25th, 9am. A Pre-Race Ride and Run
For registered participants only will be led by Marc Hengartner, accomplished Triathlete and board member of the Charlottesville Triathlon Club and Emily Hatch, Race Director. Come with any questions you have about the race or Triathlon!
