Relax Your Brain: DIY De-Stress Kits

Make a take-home stress kit and take some time to de-stress at the library with soothing crafts, coloring pages, music, and animal videos. Options for your de-stress kit include DIY stress squishers, drawing supplies, snacks, homemade bath bombs, mint candies, tea, mental health info and strategies, notes to yourself, and more. All supplies provided. Grades 6-12. Requested registration begins April 2.
