Second Saturday Art Opening with Nancy Wallace @ Art on the Trax

Art on the Trax will host “Fun in the Sun” by Nancy Wallace during the month of September, with a Second Saturday Artist Reception on September 13^th.

Nancy Wallace, a Charlottesville resident, is a representational painter.  Working in oil and gouache, she intends for each painting to achieve a distillation of life as she is experiencing it.  Wallace’s work ranges from figure, to landscape, to her four-legged family members.

The opening reception is part of Crozet’s Second Saturday events on September 13^th. The event runs from 4:00 to 6:00 pm and will feature The Art Box’s famous ice cream sundaes topped with fruit from local orchards.

All events are free and open to the public. Art on the Trax is located in Creative Framing and The Art Box, across from the Olde Crozet Train Station, 5784 Three Notch’d Road in Crozet, Virginia.
