Crozet’s own Wild Blue Chocolate creates chocolate in its simplest form using only 2 ingredients: organic cacao and pure maple sugar. Chocolate maker Mike Sever will talk about his bean-to-bar process and provide a tasting flight of cacao from nib to amazing chocolate bar!
