Blue Ridge T’ai Chi presents the 8 Ways, a simplified form of T’ai Chi for health and relaxation. These exercises strengthen the legs, reduce stress and muscular tension, improve circulation, and bring the many benefits of T’ai Chi practice into daily life. This class is suitable for a wide range of capabilities, from those recovering from illness or injury to experienced T’ai Chi practitioners.
NOTE: THIS IS AN OUTDOOR CLASS WITH ADEQUATE SPACE FOR PHYSICAL DISTANCING, PARTICIPANTS WILL WEAR MASKS/FACE COVERINGS
New Class starts Saturday, 8/29/20 at 9:00 AM, in the Jackson Pavilion at Crozet Park.
Cost: $100 for the 10-session course.
