Art Fest in the West – 2014

$5ArtFest in the West
Come support western area student artists and performers. Enjoy performances from Western Albemarle High School’s Jazz Band, musical cast of “Footloose,” Orchestra and Choir. Dance to big band jazz music after reviewing/learning your steps with a professional swing dance lesson. View artwork displays and slideshows featuring art from all the western feeder pattern schools. Watch special guests perform with the Jazz Band — including WAHS principal Dr. Werner on drums. Enter in the raffle drawing for prizes and enjoy light refreshments.
Tickets ($5 in advance, $7.50 at the door) are available in the WAHS front office and online at www.artfestinthewest.org.
All proceeds from the event go to support the Fine Arts Departments in the Western Schools (WAHS, HMS, Brownsville, Crozet, Meriwether and Murray).
