In this 45-minute workshop, learn about how patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors intertwine, and how a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach can help reduce symptoms of stress and anxiety caused by these patterns in children, adolescents, and adults. Lauren Carter of Crozet ACES will provide information and resources. All ages welcome.
