The Virginia Department of Environmental Quality will discuss a new study that includes Lickinghole Creek and other tributaries of the South Fork Rivanna River, and along with Wild Virginia, will provide information about causes of impairments on streams and what citizens can do to help.

The CCAC meets on the second Wednesday of each month from 7:00 to 9:00 PM, usually at the Crozet Library.  It is an advisory committee that provides assistance to County staff and the Board of Supervisors on civic/community issues related to implementation of the Crozet Master Plan in accordance with established county procedures.  These meetings are open to the public and provide an opportunity for open conversation about ongoing development in the area.  Visit: http://www.albemarle.org/ccac
