Come out for the First Annual Chiles Pancake 5K to benefit the Western Albemarle Rescue Squad! Come run a flat, scenic 5K road course that starts and finishes at Chiles Peach Orchard and runs through some of Crozet’s most scenic countryside. After finishing, enjoy a free pancake breakfast, complete with coffee and juice! Kids and families are encouraged to come! 100% of race proceeds go to the Western Albemarle Rescue Squad. Adults and kids 13 and up: $20, Children 12 and under: $10, Family of 4+: $60″
The Crozet Crabfest will take place Saturday, September 20th at Restoration Restaurant from 6-9pm. Tickets are $30 each and include all you can eat Blue Crabs and live music provided by Gina Sobel and the Mighty Fine. Tickets can be purchased at Restoration or at Crozet Running (Crozet Running can only accept cash or check). Free Running Form Clinic this Saturday!
Come out to Crozet Running at 9:00am this Saturday for our monthly running form clinic. Learn how to run more efficiently and lessen your risk of injury. Michelle is a certified Newton Running Form Coach and will go over key concepts like cadence, posture, and foot strike, as well as some drills to help with foot strength and stability. All are welcome and encouraged to come, no registration needed! Meet inside the store.
