In 2005, RealCrozetVa started with a simple observation: Crozet was growing, and there wasn’t a single, dedicated place online where neighbors could talk honestly about roads, schools, infrastructure, and what the future of our beautiful town would look like.

As a local Realtor and active community resident, I wanted to build a resource that went beyond marketing flyers. Over the last two decades, our population has nearly quadrupled. Yet, despite the new roundabouts, school expansions, and growing subdivisions, Crozet has held onto its distinct community character.

This blog is here to connect those dots. Whether we are discussing the long-awaited Eastern Avenue extension, highlighting a new business in Piedmont Place, or sharing local market reports, our goal remains exactly the same: to provide honest, knowledgeable, and direct insight for the people who call Crozet home.
