Grayrock:nA family-oriented neighborhood with a wide-range of cultural backgrounds. A good balance of professional parents and stay-at-home moms and dads. This neighborhood is known to look out for one another as well as promoting a kid-friendly community.
The Highlands: Collectively disconnected. nnEach street has their own HOA or self-management, which is fine, but prevents us from building a strong community. It would be a better place to live if we created a development-wide organization.
