We are in times where looking out for and helping each other is more important than ever.
Two Crozet-specific resources
- Crozet Cares Closet – “We are committed to ensuring no one in our community goes without essential personal care and household cleaning items. By collecting and distributing products like soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, deodorant, toothpaste, diapers, and feminine hygiene supplies—items not covered by SNAP benefits—we strive to restore dignity and health to those in need.”
- Grace Grocery – “Grace Grocery is a ministry of Crozet United Methodist Church. We work to provide food, spread hope, and support our neighbors. To make this a reality, we work with multiple partners including the Crozet Farmer’s Market, student groups, scout troops, Wegmans and the Blue Ridge Area Food Bank.”

Food banks can stretch dollars farther than goods. If you are going to donate food, consider taking up a collection in your neighborhood or at your workplace to make it easier for others to donate.
